These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Puma88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://puma88.click (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to, registration on, and use of the Puma88 Platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available thereon.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, bet, or stake through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Puma88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on the Puma88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Puma88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities, consistent with responsible gambling best practices for Malaysia and internationally licensed operators.
• Identity: You must be a real, living natural person registering under your own true identity. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and fictitious persons are not eligible.
• One Account: You may hold only one active Puma88 account at any time. Any duplicate or secondary account will be closed and its balance forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme, voluntary exclusion scheme, or responsible gambling blocking tool that would prohibit your access to online gaming platforms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any such person associated with Puma88 or its partner companies.

To create a Puma88 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the Platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify Puma88 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Puma88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions and activity recorded under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified Puma88 of unauthorised access in writing.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Puma88 Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Puma88 supports the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

Puma88 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not contractually guaranteed. Processing may be delayed where KYC verification is outstanding or where a withdrawal triggers additional compliance review.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Puma88 reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing pending receipt and approval of required documentation.
• Puma88 reserves the right to request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotions.

Puma88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless superseded by specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount. For example, aRM 100 bonus requires RM 1,500 in total qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus wagering is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM 50, unless otherwise specified. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, slots contribute100%, table games (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack) contribute 10–20%, and live dealer games may contribute 0–10%. Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Where no specific period is stated, bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only, regardless of the number of devices, payment methods, or IP addresses used.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is capped at 10x the bonus value. Any winings in excess of this cap from bonus play are not withdrawable.

All wagers placed on the Puma88 Platform, whether on casino games, sports markets, live dealer tables, or any other gaming product, are subject to the specific game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

The following general conduct rules apply to all players at all times:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended once accepted by the Platform unless the Platform experiences a technical error as described below.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, eroneous game parameters, or technical malfunction — Puma88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• For sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets, rules published on the applicable sports betting section of the Platform govern settlement.
• Puma88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Puma88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manage accounts, or exploit Platform features.
• Coluding with other players in live dealer or poker games, or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to conceal your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards Puma88 staff or other players.

All content on the Puma88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video — is the property of Puma88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Puma88 name, brand, and logo are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Using Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puma88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from Platform interruption, technical failure, or force majeure events beyond Puma88's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate account security measures.
• Any decision to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where such action is taken in accordance with these Terms.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Platform of an informational or educational nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Puma88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Puma88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Puma88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or inaccurate personal information.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Puma88 will endeavour to resolve the matter as promptly as reasonably practicable. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all funds in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

You may close your Puma88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within standard processing timeframes, provided no outstanding KYC requirements or disputes exist.

Puma88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended as form of entertainment and should never be considered a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Puma88 provides the following responsible gambling tools all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. These can be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set time-based session limits to control the duration of each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the requested period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders can be configured to alert players to the duration of their current gaming session.

Puma88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Puma88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date published at the top of this document. Previous versions are not retained publicly but may be requested by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puma88 is licensed and registered as an online gaming operator.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Player's use of the Puma88 Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Puma88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it dems necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
